Insurance will give you fair market value on your auto. You will be catpensomed for any rehab you attend ( probably advised by your Attorney ) . Also Compensation for missed work . Pretty much the same thing happened to me 2 yrs ago , minus the missed work . I went to rehab for 6 months ( 2-3 times/week ). I got fair market value for my auto and around $12,000 after the Attorney/Dr got their cut .. Your lawyer should have answers for you , if your not happy with your Lawyer , I suggest you look for another one . P.S. The Police report was totally in my favor with multiple witnesses . Good luck and don't let it get you down . P.S.S. It took approx. 8 months from accident to settlement .
