Is it better to abstain for 7 days and lets say on day 8 you ejacualte? Or do you have to stay abstain for as long as you can? I get it that you will get the peak on day 7 after abstaining from masturbating. So if you abstain for as long as you can, this will happen again on day 14 and so on?

I was just wondering. What is the objective for most periodical abstainers here? I know that the title of the article implies that the goal is to attract women. That I view as a welcome side-effect, whereas being able to get it up more or less effortlessly is the main goal. Women are attracted to me like flies to sugar 3-4 days after shooting it, but that doesn’t help my ED (that I would label as PED).

In my twenties I had a sexdrive that sometimes compelled me to shoot many times a day, but often as a stress relief. Now that I’m more sure of myself (or numb emotionally) I am very relaxed, having sudden surges of libido, but far apart. I lift weights up to 5 days a week, at 35 I have the physique of a 25-year-old, eat nutritious food. What restricts me from hitting on girls is my previous failures in bed, both the ED and from the confusion about what counts as normal sex, which leaves me inoperational physically.
