I think you're right in a lot of ways, but one of the larger questions from an existential perspective is: what in the hell do we have to be confident about? For all we know we're a trembling accident on a hothouse planet, what's more, we all grow old, decay and die. The real human condition, ultimately, is one of weakness. Oh sure, you can argue we demonsrate various strengths and of course I agree. But what is the larger truth? The most beautiful woman in the world is ultimately destined to lose her beauty. No matter how powerful a man is, he still has to succumb to death. Relationships between men and women are based(most of the time) on perceived social normalcy, vanity, money/"power" and what might be called social convention. Relationships are, for the most part, business deals. It's so banal it's almost grotesque in it's banality. But these are just additional perspectives, overall I think you're right on the money. Vigilante - Use institutions such as school, where you work, friends, church (if it's your thing) and your family. Almost all of those institutions have organized social events where you can met and hang out with people.

Jon- I try not to think about that stuff. I just live life and enjoy it.

YO- in all honesty, this is probably your most important post dude. This is big picture shit, and was probably very obvious to you, inherently since you were younger, because of your life experiences, but for me it was not. This ties into SOOOO many other things. It reminds me of what you said earlier about how EVERYTHING you should do/say should ADVANCE your value (dhv i guess) in the eyes of all around you, and gain attraction from women. It was not until recently that I realized that THIS is the crux of all male behavior: Dominance to gain women. ALL THINGS FLOW FROM THIS in terms of male behavior. I guess most people learn that when they are children, but I'm fuckin 21 yrs old lol, but BETTER LATE THAN NEVER.

There are some pretty subtle issues in this post, and I think a lot of people might misunderstand what is being said. For example, "dominance" in humans is not simply about being the strongest man that is able to scare away all his competition (like it is for some animals). Dominance is all about survival in an evolutionary context; i.e. a guy with traits that are more conducive to survival than others will be the dominant man.
